Whoa wait, I thought Speedy wasn't on the team anymore? And seriously, the fact that Robin laughs every time he makes an entrance is just.. Annoying.

It's his golden age gig. He didn't have Batmans imposing figure so he just laughed to intimidate the enemy. And yes, Speedy quit, I just assume that they're trying to get him to join the team again. Here is the new official synopsis

Synopsis:
After Speedy declines to join the new team, Robin, Aqualad and Kid Flash fear Young Justice is just a big joke…while new member Miss Martian fears there’s no room for her to be part of it. So when the four heroes and Superboy come up against Mister Twister, it looks like all their fears have just been realized…
