Who's Gonna Die?

Okay so we know someone's gonna die. The only question is, who? Personally, I think that it's going to be Superboy. You've seen it before, the new guy with a dark past who could possibly be controlled by the big bad's. (The Light did say it was a temporary loss) Who becomes the brooding type and is only just starting to make friends and really fit in before he does a heroic sacrifice. But thats only IMO. How about you guys?

I have a feeling that KF is going to die. I believe the reason why is his powers. What I mean is, I just think that his powers are going to get him into trouble, like run into a trap or something that'll end his life.

Aqualad. Wise fearless leader goes first. ;b

I just had an idea of who dies what if red arrow joins the team on a mission for whatever reason and some how something goes wrong and roy dies and that death leads aqualad to think it was his fault and that he cant handle being leader any more so robin steps up after realising that when leading a team you have people lives in your hands.....idk lol but i think red arrow is going to die...

D: NOT ROY. NOOO. I'd totally hate it. But then again, can't be worse if they somehow, weirdly, decide it's going to be Robin. I'ma hack their Twitter, burn down their headquarters, and make them die a slow painful death. o_o

I don't think it will be him, they wouldn't change him to Red Arrow just to kill him off. Besides, I can't fathom a reason why they'd kill him, as I don't recall him dying in the comics. Though, I don't know as much about Roy Harper as I would like too.

Out of the cast we have now, I'd put my money on either Superboy, because it's comic canon, or Aqualad, self-sacrificing heroism seems to be something he'd do. Plus that would automatically bump Robin up to leader position.

Artemis is another guess, mainly because I have no idea who she is.

Out of the mentors, if I had to pick I'd say Zatara. He wasn't ever even APART of the League. Green Arrow could die just as well I guess, that would throw some serious issues on Roy and/or Artemis, possibly Black Canary. He died in the comics too, I think. Also, they could always kill Superman. :/

With all those possibilities, I have no idea why I chose "Somebody who hasn't appeared yet" XD

Yeah, XD We'll see. IMO, KF, Robin and Miss Martian are all in the 'safe' zone since they pretty much all originate from the comics. Killing them off to the fans would be like handing the Joker a machine gun and saying 'go nuts.' But since Superboy and Aqualad are more distant from there comic book counterparts then I'd say they have high chances of dying. Just IMO

I say Aqualad, its always the go by the rules type/the cause is more important who dies. Its just this feeling I have, I just know hes going to die. They can't kill of Superboy because that be to easy(and Everyone loves the badass), its going to take something tough to finnally do Aqualad in, but what greater test as a team then to lose your leader? If you can pull through that, then you can pull through anything. Besides, how else would Robin pull through and prove his leadership to the team (I know there are alot of other ways he can do that, but this would be the most intresting). Having to replace the one guy who cared so much for the cause(and was like an older brother to him) that he died for it? It be wicked to see Robin do that.

Aqualad in the show was part of Geoff's plan to introduce him right? Maaaybe it can be related to his story in the comics? o.o

Nope! I checked, Aqualad is a completely NEW character. So...hes going to die.

Yeah, he IS a new character in Brightest Day. I'm interested in his comic counterpart now. o_O

Nope, artemis is like Terra, a valuable player untill she is exposed. I still say its going to be Aqualad.

We'll technically it may or may not be Artemis who's the inside operative. Remember, Superboy was still created by Cadmus, he could be the inside operative if the Light still has a way of controlling him.

Atremis is like Terra, one of the characters you hate, but the producers keep them in the show anyway. Then, you find out their secret, and hate them more(and sometimes they hurt someone, like beastboy). But then, they ethier stick around, or run away(die if they give there life for someone/thing). Usually they come back at the end of the 4/5 season.

We still have plenty of time for all of that. And it doesn't take long for characters to die. just look at a show like the clone wars, in the first ten episodes we had 10 characters with names die and they were supporting or even main.

Well they don't neccesarily have to have a connection to the shadows. They just have to have a connection to the light.

But still, why would a clone who looks up to Superman(despite his cold shoulder) be the spy?

Yes, he did make perfect Slade. Maybe Deathstroke and Ravanger will appear on the show.

I don't think it's Artemis who's a traitor. It just looks that way. I think that it'll be Superboy (like in the comics) if there's even a traitor at all. I think Artemis is meant to look traitorous to the viewer for a bigger shock later. But I could be wrong. Maybe Superboy and Superman will just start to bond and then....BAMMM! Out of nobody on the teams suspicions, Superboy will go rogue being manipulated by Cadmus, possibly Luthor.
