First topic message reminder :
The Department of Extranormal Operations (or DEO) has once again captured the attention of the Dark Knight! He feels that there are secrets being kept, things begin to look more and more suspicious when he finally decides that Young Justice League perform a Reconnaissance Mission to investigate what's going on in the DEO.
Okay! So this RP might be short lived assuming how we go about it, but first an foremost we need players and characters. I'd like for this to be a cannon character RP for now. Otherwise, here we go!
The rule that is above all rules is that you must READ the rules. After all, the rules are not meant to be broken and are in fact expected to be followed very carefully. If you break a rule you will be considered for being striped of your privileges for posting. That or I will without question delete your post.
These are the rules in which every player shall abide by.
Rule 1 - Respect Each Other
There will be no flaming or insulting each other. If you can't follow this simple rule just once you will no longer be able to take part in this Role Play.
Rule 2 - No Spotlight
Making yourself better than everyone else and creating an arch for yourself is self-centered and conceited. Simply put, no main characters. Don't be a jerk to everyone.
Rule 3 - Spellcheck and Grammar
When you post be sure that your post has good grammar. Reread your post, process it through spellcheck. Its not going to be the end of the world if you take a little extra time in posting. Doing this will make the RP a better place to post. In addition to this rule, read other's posts! We work hard on them, so don't skip them!
Those are the staples of my RP, here are additional rules too..

-Killing is aloud as long as both members agree to it, but then the character who died can create a new character for replacement.
-Do not control other player's characters without their consent or permission! The last thing we need is confusion!
-Read everyone's Character Sheets so you know who you're dealing with!
-Preemptive strikes are not allowed! If you slice off someone's arm that would force the opposing player to play the rest of the RP armless. Be fair, do not instantly throw another player in a jam, let the other player chose the damage done to the character.

Uniform: A forest green Mini-top with a lighter shade of green of a symbol on her chest along with a green arm band and finger-less gloves. Along with everything green, she wears green pants with knee pads and black ankle boots and a mask that covers most of her face for except eyes and lower side of her face.
Casual: She wears a white shirt under a folded up sleeve jacket and jeans.
Abilities/Skills:
Master archer and athlete
Skilled martial artist
Has a high skill level with a compound bow
Weakness:
She's human
Threatening her about her past
Equipment:
A compound bow and arrows Like Green Arrow and Red Arrow, yet different (hers are smoother and have no barbs and are a different shape) she presumably has various trick arrows that she can use. The only types that has been shown so far are arrows that explode shortly after striking a target, and an arrow that releases a knock-out gas shortly after striking a target
Strapped on her left leg she holds a knife (?).

Origin:
Personality: Artemis has a sassy, forward personality, causing friction between her and Kid Flash.
While combating the robotic villain Amazo at a Gotham City High School, Robin, Superboy and Kid Flash were aided by Artemis , who distracted the robot. Later, Robin accused the Justice League, and Green Arrow in particular of "babysitting" the group. However, Green Arrow showed that the shape of his arrowheads do not match those Robin found, indicating a different archer was involved.
Artemis was brought to the Cave at Mount Justice by Green Arrow and Batman as Green Arrow's niece and to be the sixth member of Young Justice. She did not make a good first impression on Kid Flash, who repeatedly asked who she was, and who repeatedly blamed her for taking Red Arrow's position on the team (despite Red Arrow having already decided not to join up). Her first mission as part of the team was protecting Serling Roquette from assassins sent by the League of Shadows, most notably Cheshire.
While protecting Dr. Roquette, Artemis was attacked by Cheshire, who made an attempt to escape from her. Artemis gave chase and in the process, Cheshire's mask fell off. Artemis had the perfect opportunity to capture the assassin, but once she saw Cheshire's face and recognized her, Cheshire threatened to reveal Artemis' secret to her teammates, so Artemis let her go. Then back at Gotham, while Artmeis was near the telephone booth, she caught Red Arrow, who was hiding beneath the shadows. Somehow, Speedy also knew about her and threatened her to not hurt his friends and that he knows she wasn't Green Arrow's niece.

Alright, here's Superboy's Character Sheet (I think I'm gonna RP here, I like it, though I enjoy creating my own charies):

Age: 16 weeks, but physiologically 16 years old.

Character's Appearance: Superboy has short, slightly spiky, black hair. He also wears a black shirt with an 'S' insignia in red. He also wears dark blue jeans tucked into black combat boots. When in civilian clothes, Superboy wears a brown jacket over his shirt, with long sleeves.
Personality: Although he wants to be a good hero, Superboy is an angry young man. Having spent his entire 16 weeks existence as a science project and mind-controlled puppet, Superboy does not like being told what to do or to be dismissed. He often behaves with an air of extreme confidence, due in large part to the fact that he is Superman's genetic clone, and was created in order to replace him. This makes him exceedingly overconfident in his abilities to the the point where he ignores the help others and impulsively throws himself into situation that he cannot handle on his own. However, despite this confidence he also worries about living up to his namesake, Superman.
Due to the fact he had never really had the opportunity to interact with anyone until recently, Superboy seems to have a hard time getting along with others or showing his emotions. As such he constantly behaves in a confrontational manner, to all people, even those who are attempting to be kind towards him. Even simple things like making amends with people who he has wronged, is a tough concept for him to understand.
Like Superman, Superboy seems to show signs of great awkwardness in
dealing with subjects that he deems uncomfortable. The chief example of course is his lack of relationship with Superman. He has tried at least twice to form some sort of connection with the Man of Steel only to be rebuffed both times. He obviously feels a connection to Superman, and wishes to have him as a mentor and father figure, and feels angered that Superman does not feel the same way. This sense of isolation and loneliness causes him further issues regarding his interaction with his
team. In addition, Superboy has issues regarding Cadmus, the laboratory that created him.
Powers and Abilities
Powers: Superboy's main superpower is Super-Strength. This power is often used to fight, or do things a normal human cannot do, such as destroying a wall. He can also leap tall buildings (Super Leap). He lacks some powers Superman has, which include Heat-Vision and Flight. He does, however, possess Super-Speed, Super-Hearing, and has X-Ray and Infrared vision. He also has Semi-Invulnerability.
Weaknesses: The only apparent weakness of Superboy is Kryptonite.
Character's Background
Mentor: Superboy's mentor is Superman, but their relationship is rather unsteady.
Family: Superboy's family would technically be: John and Martha Kent, Kara/Supergirl, and Superman.

16 weeks prior to July 4th (approximately mid-March), Project Cadmus initiated Project Kr. The intention was to create a clone of Superman that could replace Superman if he died, or defeat Superman if he "turned from the light". The result was Superboy. He was kept in a containment cell along with three G-Gnomes, who telepathically controlled him, but also educated him with the knowledge of a boy of his age.
On July 4th, Aqualad, Robin and Kid Flash discovered him when they were investigating Cadmus and decided to free him. However, Mark Desmond (head professor of Project Cadmus) used the G-Gnomes in his cell to make Superboy attack and knock out the three young heroes. When it was decided that Cadmus would clone the young heroes as well, Superboy took them to the cloning chamber and stood guard. When they
woke up, they tried to reach out to Superboy and convince him to help them escape. Aqualad finally convinced him by asking "What would Superman do?"
With the others, Superboy fled Cadmus. Although they were apprehended by the collective force of Cadmus' Genomorphs, Dubbilex convinced his brother Genomorphs to release Superboy and let him make up his own mind - Dubbilex wanted Superboy to blaze a trail for all Genomorphs, to show them the way to be free. However, they were interrupted by Desmond, who drank a vial from Project Blockbuster and transformed into a powerful monster. In rage, Superboy attacked Blockbuster/Desmond, but appeared to be outmatched. By working with Aqualad, Robin and Kid Flash, they were able to defeat Blockbuster by weakening the structural support of the building and collapsing the roof on him. Outside, Superboy was able to see the moon for the first time. He also met Superman and the rest of the Justice League, but was disappointed and angered by Superman's reaction to him. Along
with Aqualad, Robin and Kid Flash, he demanded that the League recognize their ability and let them go on more missions. On July 8th at Mount Justice, Superboy and the other heroes were formed into a covert operations team, Young Justice, and were introduced to their fifth team member, Miss Martian. A few weeks later, he and the team met Artemis.

Hey Ria, actually, what's the problem with this RP?
We can just have fun with this and I honestly don't think we'll see Secret in this season. I mean I actully think we can just move from this to another story that's just original fan BS.
In Dec's RP it really was just freeroam so we can get Secret out and from there a whole bunch of possibilities open up.

No, you misunderstand. In the comics Miss Martian was a white Martian(the violent martain race that destoryed the green Martian race) but she pretended to be a green martain to escape preuduce.

Batman is the General of Young Justice League and issues missions to the team.
Tools:
Batsuit
The Batsuit is the most sophisticated piece of equipment Batman utilizes on his day to day basis. From the cowl to his boots, his suit can protect him even in unconsciousness. The Cowl has gas chambers that shoot mace at anyone who attempts to unmask him. His suit has circuitry that allows protection when incapacitated. Not only protection, but the suit is a detective lab in and of itself. Detective vision in his cowl to single out and isolate important information, and malleable to calibrate "Detective Vision" to pick up new foreign matter. A cryptographic sequencer is stored in his glove to break, hack, and or override security codes in electric devices such as computers, doors, or security cameras. His cape has weighted tips, made of a fireproof material called nomex, has optic camouflage capabilities, and has storage for blow guns, or other concealable gadgets and weapons. His boots are made of a special silicon to make his footsteps silent and stores gadgets. The symbol on his chest provides as a bullet proof target for villains to shoot at. The rest of his suit is only bullet resilient.
Escape Beads
The Dark Knight packs several different escape beads or pellets. Smoke beads ignite a smoke that burns the eyes and lungs of it's victims that inhale or expose their naked eyes to it. It masks all visuals for 30 seconds and allows ample time to escape, the effects can last anywhere from 10-30 minutes and must be washed out with soap and water if prolonged exposure to the smoke had been dealt with.
Flash beads ignite when its thrown on the ground and deafens the assailants as well as blinds them temporarily. No side effects, but its more effective against enemies with masks or nightvision on.
Stun Beads ignite when thrown at the victims. It freezes them in place temporarily, giving Batman time to run or to take free shots at.
Explosive Beads knock out their victims when it is tossed at them at a violent speed. The explosions are non lethal, but efficient.
Grapple Shot
Disposable grapple shots with hundreds of feet of strong cable. It has a magnetic tip, coupled with the normal hook grip to ensure a proper snare. It can hold up to several hundred tons, yet has enough bounce to make sure Batman's arms don't pop out of their sockets when he reaches the end of his line.
Batarangs
Whether it be explosive, collapsable, remote controlled, or sonic powered, Batman has a vast array of Batarangs that aide him for long distance attacks.
Explosive Gel
A can of explosive blue foam can be sprayed on weak walls to blow them apart. The gel can also be used to knock out villains, by setting up traps. It can also be used to breach doors. A detonator on the can sets the gel off.
Zipline and Claw
The Zipline shoots out two lines, one forward, one behind, and allows Batman to pass over trenches or scale from building to building. If he adds a modification to the zipline, it turns into a claw in which he can grab objects from far away, or grab onto air vents to yank it down to create easy travel.
Abilities
Master Detective
The Greatest Detective in the World, Batman's high intellect and survival skills make him a master at problem solving. He honed this skill through 18 years of rigorous training with the detectives around the world and continued to build on it until he completely mastered his detective skills.
Peak Physical Strength
Batman is at his prime and his strength is nearly unmatched with any normal human being on earth.
Weaknesses
Human
Despite being the legendary terror of the night, Batman us only human and has all the weaknesses any normal human would have.
Origins:
"I made a promise on the grave of my parents to rid the city of the evil that took their lives. By day, I am Bruce Wayne, billionaire philanthropist. At night, criminals, a cowardly and superstitious lot, call me... Batman." This was the vow Bruce Wayne made. When he was 8 years old, his parents were murdered by a common thug, he soon left town for schooling, training, keeping his promise to his parents. He came back 18 years later, carved like wood, his mind sharpened to a dangerous point. In the years he faced so called super villains, stopped The Joker from poisoning all of Gotham, brought down gang wars, cop killers, gained friends and lost them.
It wasn't until he went to a Martha Wayne Foundational Funded Circus called "Haley's Circus" where he met young Richard John Grayson. He legally adopted him and soon revealed to him that he is The Legendary Vigilante of the Night, Batman. He trained Dick, teaching him what he knows. He trained him since he was eight years of age, giving Dick Grayson five years of experience as Robin.
Batman's main function to the Young Justice League is to issue them with covert and undercover missions.

General: Aqualad is the leader of The Young Justice league, he has battle experience from being the protege the King of Atlantis. He gained an unintentional and unusually high high level of leadership skills. Since he is currently the oldest of Young Justice League, he is usually listened to when he gives orders.
Powers
Hydrokinesis:
Aqualad has the ability to control water, shaping it into shapes and making it solid.
Electrokinesis:
He has also demonstrated the ability to generate large amounts of electricity which he generally uses to stun people. It's used mainly by focusing the minerals in the water supply and supplying it with an additional spark.
Enhanced Strength:
Aqualad has demonstrated at least peak human strength, sufficient to - briefly - challenge Superboy.

Water Channelers:
Aqualad carries a pair of metal hilts that he carries on his back. He can use them to channel his water powers.
Origin
Aqualad's origin is unknown, except that his powers are somehow due to a mixture of Atlantean science and sorcery. He serves as Aquaman's teen sidekick, and tries to join the Justice League, but wound up forming his own team when they refused to give him a full membership. He serves as the team leader for The Young Justice League.

Teleportation:
Secret had the ability to "smoke jump", teleporting herself over short distances. She could also transport others through the mysterious realm known as the "Other Side".
Metamorphosis:
(also known as Shape-Shifting) is the ability to alter one's physical structure into a variety of shapes and sizes. The nature and range of such an ability varies from user to user. This power differs from Transformation, which enables a user to alter his or her physical features into one specific form. The ability to shift from one form to the next is almost always instantaneous requiring only a few seconds of concentration for the power to take effect.
Intangibility:
Secret has the ability to become unable to touch, or grasped, no longer having a physical presence, she can phase through walls and avoid taking damage.
