Episode 7: Denial

I also liked the fact that they were echoing what was about to be said over the top of Kid's conversation with the dead man's soul; it was very eerie and gave the whole scene a nice touch.

I was a little peeved they equated religion (souls and the afterlife) to magic. They essentially said scientific people can't have religion and religious people can't have science. Oooor... maybe I'm just reading too much into that.

Hmm....I really dont know....what if we don't belive in religion but in 'magic'(odd question on Nelson's behalf)

As for 'Magic', there is a difference between Magic and religion. Magic is the power that either Nabu, the supreme lord or order, or Typhon, the supreme lord of chaos gives to one of there servants. The lords of order and chaos themselves are, in the comics, an ancient alien race with powers on the cosmic level. DC comics loves to deal with the supernatural but when dealing with religion they go relativistic on us. Apparently every religion is right and all the gods just spawned from the sourcewall somewhere near Apokolips which was made by 'The Presence'. Soooo....yeah, DC is pretty messed up in that respect XD Polytheistic, of course since polytheism is a contradictory view in itself DC holds more of something along the lines of Hentotheism. I could delve deeper into this but...I'm not gonna XD

Yes-I noticed marvel isn't into the 'supernatural' thing(I love DC Specture-probally spelled that wrong).

No marvel is, they're just a whole lot more subtle about it XD
